Terms of Service

Note: This is a reference translation. The Japanese version is the official text and shall prevail in case of any discrepancies.

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the terms and conditions for using the services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by LoLink (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") on this website.
Registered users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Article 1 (Applicability)

These Terms shall apply to all relationships between the User and the Site regarding the use of the Service.

Article 2 (Registration)

Registration for use shall be completed when an applicant for registration applies for use in a manner determined by the Site, and the Site approves thereof.

Article 3 (Prohibitions)

Users must not engage in the following acts when using the Service:

Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
Acts related to criminal activities
Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of the Site's server or network
Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Site's services
Acts of collecting or accumulating personal information, etc., concerning other users
Acts of impersonating other users
Acts of directly or indirectly providing benefits to antisocial forces in connection with the Site's services
Other acts that the Site deems inappropriate (e.g., abusive language, defamation, discriminatory remarks)

Article 4 (Suspension of Provision of the Service, etc.)

The Site may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to Users if it determines that any of the following grounds exists:

When performing maintenance, inspection, or updating of the computer system for the Service
When provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters
When computers or communication lines, etc., stop due to an accident
Other cases where the Site determines that provision of the Service is difficult

Article 5 (Restriction of Use and Cancellation of Registration)

The Site may, without prior notice, restrict the use of all or part of the Service for a User or cancel the User's registration if the User falls under any of the following:

When any provision of these Terms is violated
When it is found that there is a falsehood in the registered matters
Other cases where the Site determines that use of the Service is inappropriate

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

The Site shall be exempted from liability for default unless it is due to the Site's intentional or gross negligence.
The Site assumes no responsibility for any transactions, communications, disputes, etc., arising between the User and other Users or third parties regarding the Service.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

Japanese law shall be the governing law for the interpretation of these Terms.
In the event of a dispute regarding the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Site administrator shall be the exclusive agreed court of jurisdiction.
